Since January 2025, I’ve curated and produced Environs, a series of shows at Dada Bar in Ridgewood, Queens.
The series brings together musical performances with a focus on ecological and environmental methods, practices, and inspiration.
I curate the shows, host, design flyers and post them around the neighborhood, and typically perform as the opening act on each bill. With the help of friends and fellow musicians, we aim to maintain a welcoming, diverse, accessible space for music and connection. I’ve had the great fortune to be able to host musicians and bring together common threads across diverse scenes and genres exploring themes including natural soundscapes, birdsong, sonic materiality, post-romanticism, indigenous history, and contemporary politics.
